Board of Directors

Tiffany Maggret
Tiffany Maggret is the Founder and Director of One Hope Village, a faith-driven organization dedicated to strengthening families and restoring hope. She holds a Master of Science in Education and previously served as a CASA supervisor and educator—experiences that deepened her conviction that families heal best when they are met with both truth and compassion.
Tiffany brings extensive training and lived experience informed practice to her work. She has received training in Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs), and Courts Integrating Lived Expertise into Child Welfare System Improvement. She is QPR certified and serves as a Parent Café Facilitator through Cook Children’s.
Her leadership extends throughout the community. Tiffany serves on multiple Cook Children’s community committees, including the Thriving Communities Committee, Caregiver Support Action Team, and Mental Health Committee. She also serves on Healthy Wise County committees, including the Community Resource Committee, the Wise Executive Committee for Community Health Objectives, and the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Committee.
With a heart for parents navigating the complexities of the CPS system, Tiffany is passionate about creating environments where families feel seen, supported, and empowered. She believes lasting change happens when parents are given not only accountability, but also the tools, relationships, and encouragement needed to address the root causes of crisis and trauma.
Guided by her faith, Tiffany believes God has called her to walk alongside parents with humility, courage, and hope. Through One Hope Village, she serves as a catalyst for transformation—helping families navigate services, rebuild stability, heal from generational trauma, and move toward restoration.
Tiffany has been married to her husband, Mike, for over 25 years this March. Together they have two daughters, Meghann and Rylee, and are proud grandparents to their grandson, Bo. She considers her family one of God’s greatest gifts and a daily reminder of His faithfulness.

Angel Seibold
Angel is a wife, mom of three boys, and Program Developer at One Hope Village, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. She is passionate about coming alongside individuals and families by offering encouragement, connection, and hope.
Angel believes deeply in the power of God’s love to transform lives. Her heart is to remind others that no matter where they are, they are seen, valued, and loved by a big and faithful God.

Ron Briseno
I serve on the board of One Hope Village because I am passionate about advocating for children and families in need.
My experience as a CASA advocate showed me firsthand the impact stability, support, and compassion can have on a child’s life.
I am honored to continue that mission by helping One Hope Village create lasting change in our community.

Jenifer Kozlowski
I believe deeply in the importance of cultivating a personal relationship with Christ, and I recognize that life’s challenges often guide us toward mentors and leaders who help us strengthen that connection.
Having witnessed the generational impact of the CPS system throughout my life—and its profound effects on families across South Texas—I am committed to breaking that cycle and supporting families as they work toward stability and healing with hope.

Kayla Briseno
I am a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) practicing in school social work and currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW). My work focuses on supporting students and families, helping remove barriers so children can thrive academically and emotionally.
I previously volunteered as a CASA advocate and school mentor, experiences that strengthened my passion for advocating for vulnerable youth. One Hope Village is especially important to me because of its commitment to healing families and creating stable environments where children can grow into warm, loving, and successful adults.

Theresa Copeland
I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2005 and in the United States Supreme Court since 2011.
I primarily practice family law which encompasses divorces, custody, child support and other matters involving children.
Prior to attending law school, I was the supervisor of statistical analysis for Merck/Medco Managed Care. I graduated from the University of North Texas cum laude with a BBA.
I live between Decatur and Bridgeport on 20 acres with my husband, dogs and goats. I have two grown sons who reside in the Denver and Van Alystine areas.

Christian Gann
As a believer in Christ, husband and dad, guided by Biblical principles for family structure I’m proud to serve on the One Hope Village Board of Directors, providing strategic direction focused on the reunification of families and laying new foundations through meaningful, faith driven support.

Chris Andrew
Christopher Andrew’s life is a powerful testimony of transformation, resilience, and purpose.
At 18 years old, he began struggling with drug addiction. By the age of 20, he found himself committing felonies in order to support his habit and survive. For nearly two decades, Christopher lived in the grip of addiction and the consequences that came with it.
After 20 years of that lifestyle, Christopher made the life-changing decision to break free. Through determination, faith, and perseverance, he completely overcame his addiction and rebuilt his life from the ground up. Today, he stands as proof that no past is too broken to be restored.
Professionally, Christopher has built a strong and steady career. He currently works at a rock crushing plant as a Front-End Loader Operator, where he has been employed for six years. Prior to that, he gained experience in manufacturing and also worked in the oilfield, developing a strong work ethic and hands-on skills that continue to serve him well.
Family is at the center of Christopher’s life. He has been with his wife, Sally, for nearly 11 years and married for six. Together they have three children and one grandchild. His commitment to his family reflects the stability and leadership he now embodies.
For the past two years, Christopher has been an active leader, mentor, and helper at One Hope Village. He is deeply passionate about the mission of the Village and the impact it has on the community. He cares deeply about the lives being changed, the guidance being offered, and the message of hope being shared. Christopher takes pride in helping others find direction, strength, and the belief that transformation is possible.
Today, Christopher Andrew is a productive member of society, a devoted husband and father, a proud grandfather, and a committed community leader. His story is not defined by where he started—but by how he rose

Ayla Hughes
My name is Ayla Hughes. I am the Lead Mentor here at One Hope Village. I have been with them since the beginning.
I am a mother of 4 daughters. I have been with my husband since 2016. I am a recovering addict who has been free from active addiction since June 13th, 2017. Because of my addiction, undiagnosed mental health, and trauma, I have dealt with the state coming in and taking my child, jail time, custody battle, and a few other things. Since 2017, I have learned through many different resources how to have healthy relationships, work through emotions, take care of my mental health, and work through my trauma.
I use my past experiences and what I have learned since then to help and guide others that might be experiencing some of the same things. I am also furthering my education to be able to help struggling adults as a career path.
Being part of someone’s support system, someone they can count on and trust, is something I am very passionate about. I will always be 100% honest with a parent about everything. I am that person that is willing to have the hard conversations with them while having compassion at the same time. I am that person that will show up in support no matter the situation
